Brand Thumbprint Experience Terms & Conditions

  • Participation: While the sessions and course work is not a requirement, participation and engagement is strongly encouraged.

  • Refund Policy: The registration fee for the Brand Thumbprint is non-refundable.

  • Media Release: All of the sessions will be recorded and used for both internal (research & development) & external (marketing) use.

  • Participation: The content of the Brand Thumbprint is only available to the participants that have registered for the course.

  • Copyright: The concepts, tools, resources, and framework that is provided by RTL and the Brand Thumbprint is protected under copyright law.

  • Experience: The Brand Thumbprint is a professional communication format in which all participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to both themselves and to their fellow participants.

  • Communication: Bullying, racist, sexist, or any kind of disrespectful speech will not be tolerated in the mastermind. Anyone that conducts themselves in this manner will be excused from the mastermind.

  • Zoom: All of the mastermind sessions will take place in real-time on a Zoom call. Participants will be asked to have their cameras on for the duration of each session to allow for engagement & participation.
